EPA is responsible for much of wetland monitoring that has been done in Oregon over the past decade. They have been involved in development of methodologies, data analysis, and wetland monitoring research. They have also funded others efforts. Other groups, such as the Fish and Wildlife Foundation, OWEB, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service have also been active in Oregon in funding wetland monitoring, particularly in relation to projects they have funded.
