The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) developed this report in response to Governor Kate Brown’s Executive Order (EO) 20-04 that directs state agencies to prioritize climate action. OHA was directed to deliver a report in 2020 to the Governor, the Oregon Global Warming Commission and the Environmental Justice Task Force on the public health impacts of climate change in Oregon and to update this report annually. 65 pp.
